Powerful Yag Mode

The YAG mode has a super Gaussian beam profile which allows you to perform capsulotomy and iridotomy procedures with a lower energy level and higher productivity for the accurate delivery of laser thus avoiding the risk of lens pitting.

Safe Slt Mode

The “Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty” is a laser procedure used to treat open angle glaucoma by reducing the pressure in the eye. It uses the short pulse with low energy to target the melanin rich cells which absorbs the laser light stimulating the body’s own healing response to restore the trabecular meshwork function thus reducing eye pressure. As this mode ensures selective delivery with no permanent damage this is used as an effective repeat therapy.

Optimal Power Supply

The YAG & SLT combo 507 uses xenon flash lamps as the power source.  The power is generated through the flashes emitted from Xenon flash lamps, although each flash has a short duration a flash lamp can be accurately controlled to operate in a high hertz mode to generate the intense pulsed light providing an un-interrupted supply.
